My device gave an electrical error. I called customer service. They explained it to me on the phone and we reset it. Before resetting the device, the battery charge of the device was over 70%. After resetting, the battery charge of the device dropped to 44%. I called customer service again. They directed me to the service and when I talked to the service, they called the vehicle to the service. I bought the vehicle recently and had such a problem on the 3rd day, the vehicle had driven 314 kilometers.
Is this a common problem? Has anyone experienced this before?
